Mr. Clarence (Yuk Man) Chung Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chung joined our board in October 2007 and has served as our chairman of the board since August 2008. He was appointed chief executive officer in October 2008. He is also an executive director of Melco International Development Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Exchange. He has served on the board of directors of Melco International since May 2006 and is a member of the executive committee, finance committee, and corporate social responsibility committee of the company. In addition, Mr. Chung is a non-executive director of Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Global Select Market.
Mr. Chung has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry in various capacities as a chief financial officer, an investment banker, and a merger and acquisition specialist. He was named one of the “Asian Gaming 50 – 2009 and 2010” by Inside Asian Gaming magazine.
Mr. Chung holds a master degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a bachelor degree in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr. Andy (Kin Ming) Tsui Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Tsui joined our company in July 2008 as vice president of finance and was appointed to the role of chief accounting officer in April 2009. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tsui was the regional finance controller-Asia for Minteq International Inc. based in Shanghai since June 2005. Minteq International Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Minerals Technologies Inc., a publicly-held company on the NYSE Stock Exchange. From March 2003 to May 2005, he served as manager of financial analysis at the corporate office of Minteq International Inc. in New York.
Mr. Tsui holds a master of business administration degree from Baruch College, City University of New York and is a certified public accountant in the United States.
Ms. Mangini joined our company in June 2008 as senior vice president, corporate finance. She brings over ten years of equity financial experience and strong institutional investor relationships to the position. Ms. Mangini most recently worked at ThinkEquity, a Panmure Gordon Company, where she was a partner and senior research analyst responsible for coverage of companies in the domestic and international gaming sector. Prior to joining ThinkEquity in 2003, she was a vice president and research analyst at Merriman Curhan Ford & Company and at First Security Van Kasper (Wells Fargo Securities), where she covered consumer companies. Ms. Mangini began her career at Montgomery Securities in 1997.
Ms. Mangini holds a master of science in quantitative analysis from Boston University and a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of San Diego.
Mr. Edmond Choi Vice President, Legal Counsel
Mr. Choi joined our company in March 2008 as the vice president legal counsel in Asia. Mr. Choi is primarily responsible for providing advice and services to the company on legal and corporate secretarial matters, with an emphasis on Asian business and affairs. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Melco International Development for eight years and held the position of senior legal counsel.
Mr. Choi holds a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Hong Kong and is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong.
Mr. Robin Humphreys Casino Operations Manager
Mr. Humphreys joined our company in November 2011 as our casino operations manager. He brings over 30 years of experience in casino operations and management in various countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore, England, Romania, Russia, Poland and Cambodia. Mr. Humphreys has vast experience in casino set up, staff training, surveillance operations, treasury management and table gaming. Prior to joining the company, he held casino manager positions Poipet Resort Casino in Cambodia, Sea View Casino in Tanzania, Star Cruises in Malaysia, Imperial Casino in Moldova and Casino Bucur in Romania. He was also the director of training for Casinos Austria International during the set-up of its first casinos in Demark.
Mr. Petrica Cozman Slot Operations Manager
Mr. Cozman joined our company in December 2009 as our slot operations manager in Cambodia. He brings extensive experience in slot machine technology and systems, surveillance systems and floor management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cozman served as a surveillance operator at Riviera Casino Bucharest in Romania, a casino technician and then slot manager for Carnival Corporation’s Casino Division, head technician for Star Cruise Company’s casinos and a casino floor manager for Bond Casino in Romania
Mr. Mario Turcarelli General Manager, Operations (Dolphin Products Pty Ltd.)
Mr. Turcarelli joined Dolphin Products in March 2010 as General Manager Operations in Melbourne Australia. He is a Charted Professional Engineer (Mechanical) with an extensive management background, which is complemented with diverse global engineering experience and expertise in plastics and component manufacturing. Mr. Turcarelli has international experience with automotive projects in Europe, the U.S. and the Asia Pacific region, and extensive management, engineering, design, project and program management skills. He has extensive auto engineering and plastics experience having worked at two automotive plastics suppliers specializing in automotive trim and injection molded plastics, including twenty three years in General Motors Holden where he managed large new automotive projects for GM Asia Pacific and GM Opel.
In over 30 years, Mr. Tucarelli has developed a diverse engineering and manufacturing background that has been supplemented with specific skills and competencies in project management, quality, sales and leadership roles. He brings with him extensive knowledge on the global auto industry with its stringent quality processes and demanding customer requirements.
Mr. Bryan Jenkins Director of Business Development, Gaming (Dolphin Products Pty Ltd.)
Mr. Jenkins joined our Dolphin subsidiary in April 2009 as the director of business development for gaming products. He brings a wealth of experience in casino equipment supply and has successfully focused attention on sales and marketing of our Dolphin Chip range particularly throughout Australasia and South East Asia. Prior to his appointment to Dolphin, Mr. Jenkins was the Managing Director of TCS John Huxley’s Australasian and South East Asian Group for 15 years during which time he successfully developed its casino equipment business throughout the region. A Chartered Accountant by Profession, he has been personally licensed by various regulatory authorities as required for ongoing dealings with licensed casinos, clubs, and hotels.
Mr. Jenkins holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of New South Wales and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
