Elixir Gaming Technologies, Inc. works in close collaboration with its major shareholder Elixir International (part of Melco Group) to provide turnkey gaming solutions to venue owners. Our primary business is the placement of gaming machines on a revenue share model in three, four and five star resorts, hotels, cruise ships and other venues across emerging gaming markets in the Asia Pacific region. Elixir Gaming has established operations in the Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam and on several cruise ships, and we are expanding into several other markets in the near future.
Since we announced our intention to focus on the deployment of gaming machines throughout Asia Pacific we have established a strong strategic presence with contracts for over 5,500 electronic gaming machines spanning more than 30 venues. Our customers manage established facilities in high trafficked locations and we work closely with the venue operator throughout the planning, development and operational stages to program a gaming facility that maximizes profitability per visitor and per available square foot.
Each venue is uniquely designed and developed to address the specific demographics and market influences of the local population. We deliver value-added planning services after carefully analyzing each project and we provide a full-suite of gaming technology solutions, including market leading slot machines and systems that offer the highest potential revenue and earnings. We configure and manage 100% of the floor in each venue on long-term contracts of five years or more which ensures that our interests are completely aligned with the facility owner or operator.

In addition, we have established important relationships with major U.S. regulated gaming equipment suppliers to ensure that we deliver premium gaming products to our customer’s venues.
