Mr. CHUNG Yuk Man, Clarence
Executive Director & Interim Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chung has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, accounting and finance areas. Before joining Melco Group in December 2003, he was the chief financial officer at Megavillage Group, an investment banker at Lazard managing an Asian buy-out fund, a vice-president at Pacific Century Group; and a qualified accountant with Arthur Andersen. He is currently a director of Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, a company listed on the Nasdaq Global Market and a director and the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Elixir Gaming Technologies, Inc., a company listed on the American Stock Exchange.
Mr. Chung holds master degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr. Chung has been an Executive Director of Melco Group since May 2006.
Mr. Joe Pisano Executive Director & EVP
Mr. Pisano is a widely respected veteran of the gaming industry with over 25 years of experience in various positions, including senior positions at IGT, most recently as head of Asia Pacific Business Development. Mr. Pisano has in-depth knowledge of the Asian gaming market and was recently appointed Ambassador of the Gaming Standards Association (GSA). Mr. Pisano is responsible for Elixir Gaming’s global alliance programs and strategic business development.
