LAS VEGAS & MACAU -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Elixir Gaming Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:EGT) announced today that it will release its 2008 first quarter financial results after the close of the market on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 and will host a conference call that same day at 4:45 p.m. ET.
