Elixir Gaming Technologies to Present at Noble Financial Equity “M.A.D. MAX” Conference on Monday, August 18 at 12:30 P.M. PDT

LAS VEGAS, Nevada, August 14, 2008 — Elixir Gaming Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:EGT) today announced that its Senior Vice President Corporate Finance, Traci Mangini, will present at the fourth annual Noble Financial Equity Conference on Monday, August 18, 2008 at the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort, in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Elixir Gaming’s presentation is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. PDT. Ms. Mangini will also participate in one-on-one meetings throughout the day. 

The presentation with streaming video and PowerPoint will be webcast live and archived on Elixir Gaming’s website at www.elixirgaming.com and Noble Financial’s conference website at www.noblemadmax.com.
